Ethan Litvin

Ethan Litvin is a passionate community builder and Jewish leader whose journey with the Den Collective began shortly after moving to Washington, D.C. in 2020. Since then, he has been a committed and engaged member of the community, steadily growing as a leader and now proudly stepping into a role on the Den's board.

Ethan’s Jewish journey deepened during his time at Randolph-Macon College, where he co-founded the campus Hillel and participated in Birthright just before graduating. He went on to earn a Master’s in Nonprofit Management from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, further solidifying his commitment to meaningful, values-driven work.

Over the past decade, Ethan has held a range of professional and volunteer roles across the Jewish nonprofit landscape—including with JCCs, Hillels, Federations, MemGlobal, Adas Israel Congregation, and the Den Collective. His career reflects a deep passion for inclusive, purpose-driven community building.
