Jessica Parry

Jessica Parry is an HR professional with a background in talent management, organizational culture, employee experience, and people strategy. She has spent her career helping organizations develop their people and build thoughtful, inclusive cultures, with a particular interest in leadership development, conflict resolution, community building, and creating environments where people can thrive.

Jessica is passionate about Jewish community and the many ways people can create meaningful Jewish lives outside of traditional structures. She is excited to bring her experience in people and organizational development, along with her commitment to community and service, to the Den’s board.

Outside of her work in HR, she is a photographer and visual artist whose work explores themes of memory, identity, place, and the human experience. She lives in Northern Virginia with her family and enjoys spending time outdoors and exploring the DMV.
