Just Breathe: Wisdom + Wellness

We begin with a teaching rooted in the mindfulness tradition from within Jewish wisdom. As we deepen our experience, we engage in a guided meditation practice that draws on concepts from the teaching; increasing our awareness to what is real and true for each of us as we navigate our world…especially during these challenging times. Meditation is more than just bringing calm and quiet to our minds, it enables us to be as awake as possible to our lives.
