Lag B'Omer Havdallah & Bonfire

Lag B'Omer falls on the 33rd day of the Omer count and honors Rabbi Shimon bar Yochai, author of and first to publicly teach the book of the Zohar, which holds the mystical teachings of Kabbalah. It is customary to spend the day enjoying the outdoors and lighting bonfires.

Join us for a belated Lag B'Omer celebration, starting with a group Havdallah ritual and ending with a beautiful bonfire where we can share s'mores and stories!

No experience necessary. Everyone is welcome. This gathering will take place in Northwest DC. Specific meet-up location and additional details will be shared with registrants after the registration deadline.

Led by Heather Brody, Den member and Fellow in the Den’s Sacred Facilitators Fellowship (Cohort I), a leadership training program cultivating skilled guides of sacred learning, ritual, and communal presence at the Den.
