This session is a playful deep‑dive into one of humanity’s favorite pastimes: GOSSIP. Inspired by the hit podcast Normal Gossip, we’ll ask the essential question: How do we balance the joy of storytelling with the responsibility of speech?
Together we’ll explore Jewish wisdom, modern social psychology, and the cultural roots of gossip. And yes, we’ll share some “normal” gossip along the way, reimagining how Jewish texts and tradition can guide us toward gossip that is joyful, ethical, and deeply human.
No experience necessary. Everyone is welcome. This class will take place in Montgomery County; carpooling from the nearest metro station will be offered to those who need it. Specific location and additional details will be shared with registrants after the registration deadline.
