Rabbi Aderet Drucker is an innovative spiritual leader, dynamic educator, inspired social entrepreneur, and a natural community organizer and builder. Since her adolescence she has expressed a love of meeting new people and an instinct for curating gatherings in sacred community; inviting people to show up as their fullest selves to learn, celebrate, heal, and to join together to create impactful change in our world.

Rachel Stevens is a passionate advocate for stronger and healthier Jewish communities with over a decade of experience in non-profit management, fundraising, and operations. She earned her undergraduate degree in Communications from Kent State University and went on to receive a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Maryland.
Sophie Farwagi
Communications + Operations Associate
Sophie is a communications professional who enjoys building community, fostering meaningful connections, and helping people feel like they belong. Born in Beirut, Lebanon, Sophie has called the DC area home for more than twenty years. Along the way, she has also lived in Paris and Montréal. Drawing on her matrilineal Sephardi Jewish heritage, she has spent the past several years deepening her commitment to Jewish living, learning, and community.
